The only officially sanctioned OSCAR trademarked party in San Diego occurred with entertaining precision at the Westgate Hotel. Red carpet arrivals were greeted by flashing paparazzi, champagne and more. Guests enjoyed mixing with look alike celebs before an evening of Fountainbleau cuisine in Westgate Ballrooms. The ballrooms were flanked with large screen telecasts of the Oscars.

Among the mix were some real Oscar winners, Cliff Robertson and Bill McGaw. The other winners were guests who successfully bid on auction items or just plain had a blast!

Among them were elegantly Chloe clad Event Chairperson Elisabeth Bergan, Judi Freeman, Peggy Matthews, emcee Susan DeVincent and Sally Lawrence.

All for great causes as the evening benefitted The Visual Arts Foundation and The Costume Council of the San Diego Historical Society.
