The
tasty luau buffet was provided by
The French Gourmet. Starters included
mini brie in puff pastry with mango
and brown sugar and baskets of fresh
taro chips.
The
buffet continued with cold banana
soup with cinnamon croutons, macadamia
nut chicken, Kalua poik, fish drizzled
with mango coulis and tropical salsa
and Hawaiian sweet egg rolls.
Desserts
were sweet with Hawaiian fruits mixed
with meringue and mango coulis, a
sponge cake with Bavarian cream, tropical
fruits and shredded coconut and tropical
fruit fondue.

of REDRUM Mai Tais and Karl Strauss
