Great theatre, great script, great actors, a phenomenal theatre setting where every seat is a great seat. The Last Romance, which opened August 5th, 2010 at the Globe Theatre, specifically at the Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, is a triumph about love, romance, and family.

Starring Marion Ross, Paul Michael, Patricia Conolly, Joshua Jeremiah, and Stewart (the woof woof actor!), the play was written by Joe DiPietro at Marion Ross's request.... and the result is stage magic!

The turn out opening night included Karen and Don Cohn, Sheryl White (Harvey White was stuck in a business meeting), JoAnn Kilty, Audrey Geisel, Dixie and Ken Unruh, Gigi and Ed Cramer, Kathryn Hattox, Debbie Turner and Conrad Prebys, and Valerie and Harry Cooper.

Circle Patrons were invited to meet the cast and enjoy libations and a dessert buffet of bite size sweets.

* Margo Schwab, more formally known as Margaret E. Schwab, has produced, written, interviewed and photographed for various media organizations since 1989. Schwab attended Holton Arms School, La Jolla Country Day School and La Jolla High School. Schwab has a B.A. from Scripps College, spent a business internship with S.A.I.C., Science Applications International Corporation, and earned a Masters of Business degree, M.B.A., from the University of San Diego by way of Claremont Graduate School . Schwab additionally took college courses from Harvard University, and Syracuse University. Schwab volunteers for numerous charity organizations. She also continues to support animal organizations and the prevention of people and animal abuse. Schwab is the editor of The Social Diary.
