Arthritis Walk Kick Off Party

Supporters of the June 5th, 2010 Arthritis Foundation San Diego Area Chapter Walk came out in force for the April Kickoff Party. But I was the only four legged one there...after all I am the Arthritis Foundation Dog Honoree.

And boy the event was fun! Lots of food to beg for and some really nice two legged sorts.

Among those there were Caitlin Ryan, she is the Arthritis Foundation National Youth Honoree, Andrea Muir of the Arthritis Foundation, I like her, Marie Smith, she spoke eloquently and kept it short thank you, Elaine Evans and Don Erlich, Dawn Celapino, I partnered with her business so our general team is called 'Leash Your Fitness with Kima,' Sandra Hayhurst from the Foundation, and of course Mom and Dad were. That would be Margo Schwab and Scott Johnston to you.

So enjoy the photos and remember 'Let's Move Together' (that's a TM) and kick arthritis!!

* Margo Schwab, more formally known as Margaret E. Schwab, has produced, written, interviewed and photographed for various media organizations since 1989. Schwab attended Holton Arms School, La Jolla Country Day School and La Jolla High School. Schwab has a B.A. from Scripps College, spent a business internship with S.A.I.C., Science Applications International Corporation, and earned a Masters of Business degree, M.B.A., from the University of San Diego by way of Claremont Graduate School . Schwab additionally took college courses from Harvard University, and Syracuse University. Schwab volunteers for numerous charity organizations. She also continues to support animal organizations and the prevention of people and animal abuse. Schwab is the editor of The Social Diary.
