Admiral Gary Roughead Delights and Inspires University Club Members

The University Club gets a lot of special guests, but 2011 brought a very special one to speak to members. The guest, Admiral Gary Roughead, the 29th Chief of Naval Operations for the United States.

Admiral Roughead was insightful and personable as he related the changes in history for warfare to its current status.

And he did so with an 'admirable' military background.

Admiral Roughead's military career spanned from 1973 to 2011. That's September 2011 when he stepped down from his 4 year position as the U.S. Chief of Naval Operations. Along the way, Admiral Roughead served as the 31st Commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.

A hearty thank you to 4 Star Admiral Gary Roughead and all of those who have served or are serving in the military. And thank you to the friends and family supporting them!

Be advised strictly no downloading, publishing, broadcasting, printing, or copying of photos or content. Please email purchase requests of photos you are in.
